Colt 1911 Pre-70's series Gov't Model

I was told that the grips were original, however after looking into them they appear to have came off of a National Match. The rear sight has been modified to an adjustable sight, this was very typical during the period by target shooters. The blueing is in good shape and has a few wear spots. I don't have a box and it comes with a single mag.

I am told that it's worth $1,250-$1,300
