Is the best defense a good book

Read these back in 2007 and forgot about them until recently.
A very good read on how the bible talks about self-defense and how the antis use the bible to say guns are evil when in fact the bible says self defense *IS* not evil!

If you want to take the moral argument then for folks who are Roman Catholic you only have to look up the Catechism of the Catholic Church to find that self defence is grave duty.

Old Testament gives basis for criminal immunity, but civil liabilty in self defense cases. Wonder where our govt got that idea from...

City's of refuge were places for people guilty of SD to hide and not fear for their lives as long as they paid the "penalty" as far as cattle and whatnot go.
