Gun Tattoo(s)

I think I have my next tattoo idea picked out and was curious how many other people have something similar. My grandpa is going to hand me down an Iver Johnson .32 revolver that was owned by his grandpa who carried it while working on the railroad and handling mail. I'm thinking about getting the gun actual sized inside my right forearm with whatever flower is my grandmas favorite.

So basically who has a gun tattoo of some kind? And feel free to show off pics if you're proud of it.

I have a moderate amount of ink (20-21hrs) , including a Vietnam era gas mask just to name one....... I have been thinking hard about my next one being a firearm of some type. Such as a M4 running from the kneecap to the ankle or statue of liberty holding an M4. I have thought about getting a hand me down gun tattoo , but none of them would translate well (Marlin 22, sks, stevens single 12g etc). I love the idea, including putting it on your forearm. Good luck

I think those are hot on females, also the derringer tucked in the garter tattoo, but my wife will NEVER go for that.

You mean you don't want the pork fried rice tattoo??

I have others, so this wouldn't be my first by any means. But I wanted something with meaning and an heirloom passed down through generations seemed appropriate.

If I were to get one it would be the crusader in chain mail with the white shield and red cross in one hand holding an M4 by the barrel in a threating manner like he is using it as a broad sword with the words JIHAD THIS under it. it was someone avatar on here for a while and it one of my fav's.

My artist is awesome! I won't let anyone else touch me with a needle and ink. I have a half-sleeve from her all Harley themed and it rocks.

Not a derringer but great detail if it's actually real


This is pretty cool idea with gun and flower. It lacks detail and has the bent barrel that Skulldaddy45 was talking about though.

@skulldaddy the skin is dynamic, especially the arm. A "straight" barrel will move and shift based on how you move your body - so I say if you want it, get it.

I also had a teacher that said she had an AK across her back with a sling going around the front of her body. Obviously never saw it but it sounded pretty cool
