    A mid-80s Toyota truck will cross open water like that... if it has 40 inch tall 18 in wide Mickey Thompsons on it.:D

    I would take one, but I would still prefer a Unimog.

    I'm not seeing much that cannot be accomplished with numerous vehicles. As a Jeep guy, I only saw one or two things that would have to be modified on my Wrangler to do the same thing. The wheel-connecting floaties were cool to improve buoyancy in deep water coupled with those water-treading tires but everything's a trade-off because the best tire for one terrain will inevitably perform poorly in another terrain.

    Very cool rig. Rocker panel area might be the biggest downfall, and prone to high centering when breaking over steep hillsides. Still, overkill for 99.9999% of people.

    And it makes you a high-profile target in any BOB or end of the world scenario.

    The Marauder looks more like an urban assault vehicle which would be good for running down crowds of zombies but I don't know how well it would handle the demands of offroading to escape into the deep wilderness.
