Today I got the sad news that our family doggie has finally gone to the beyond. :(
He was a loyal friend, companion and always there for me and my sisters no matter what.
A chicken when other dogs came by and perhaps even homosexual as he did not like female dogs (he was a male).
In any case for 18 years he brought us happiness and was there with us when our grandparents left to comfort us.
He was spoiled rotten by my parents but that is OK looking back on it now.
Now I'm going to have to eat his portion of the steak since he is not around anymore.
I'm sure he is in a better place now, running around and causing chaos with my grandfather.
I know he would not want me to :crying: but it's hard not to knowing this little face won't be there anymore.

Until we meet again old friend I'll keep your steak warm.

    Thanks all

@lone old Rolly was 18 human years which is 85 dog years! I don't like to admit it but he was old. In the last year he was having a lot of trouble moving around, eye/sight issues, etc.. **sigh**

Sorry for your loss. I've probably shed more tears at the passing of dogs in my life than the passing of humans. They are truly a part of the family.
