    Never forget: the process is the punishment.

    Many in the legal system know this. Activists know this. Too many LEOs know this.
    The process is the punishment. So true.

    Fired from jobs or lost work/wages. Attorney's fees which are astronomical because in this system, you cannot simply go it alone. Public shaming. Fractured families.

    This whole thing is such an unbelievable travesty.
    I hope he is able to appeal as many times as is necessary to get this case up to SCOTUS (assuming he doesn't win on first appeal) and maybe some careers get deservedly ruined.

    Should be appealed just for the Judge stating that the 2nd amendment doesn't apply in the court.
