Classic Car Pics. Yours not yours, all things cool or not so cool.

No pine tree air freshener, but most everything else mentioned. :) I bought this from my mom when she purchased her Z28. I had to do some bodywork and repaint it. Then I stuck the wheels/tires on it with a few other mods. Back in the day(late 70's), it was a pretty cool car.

      Interesting Revolver Behavior?

I just tried this on the only revolver I own which is a 617. No matter what I did, if I moved the trigger, the hammer moved. When you say you are getting the cylinder to advance without hammer movement, are you saying the cylinder is moving on its own with the trigger pull? Or are you...

      Old eyes issue

I tried those too. Didn't work for me either.

      Old eyes issue

I spent years working on this. Different glasses, readers, no readers, magnification on the top, etc. Add to that equation that I am cross dominant and it became a real pain. I switched to red dots. I now focus on the target and all is good. I have one handgun left without a red dot...

I did hear stories of guys renting them, throwing a set of headers on and some skinny slicks and taking them to the dragstrip. I can see that as being plausible.

Just showing off my first two attempts at stippling

That appears to be an older 9C which were smoother. I have a newer 2.0 version and the factory texture is really nice in my opinion. OP: nice work!

I had a ‘79 base with a 350, 4-speed and a limited slip. Not a screamer, but with a mild cam, and some headers, it was fun.

Holcomb declare emergency ahead of eclipse

We had an extra set of glasses and gave them to the Amazon driver. She didn't have any and was going to miss it because of work. She was really happy that we gave her a set.

Same here on the temp change. I went from being too hot( I actually just checked on it occasionally early on) to slightly cool back to nicely warm. I can see now that the person who said there is a difference between 99% blocked and totally. As soon as that last dot of sunlight was gone, you...

I have bought my last gun

My kids don’t have much interest in firearms so I will probably cash out so my doesn’t have to deal with it. I’ll keep one or two until the end.

Holcomb declare emergency ahead of eclipse

Yeah, I thought it was pretty cool. Perfect conditions here for it. Noticeable temperature drop and now back to hot. I’m glad I took the day off. Watching it with my wife much better than watching it with the folks from work. Don’t know about traffic since we are at home, but Google maps is...

Bloomington Kroger Shooting - "Road Rage"

I have heard the north one referred to as KroMarsh since it was formerly a Marsh grocery store a few years back.
