My only experience was with Stoelting (frozen custard) machines. Probably overkill for a family.
My favorite was the 3 head unit.
The 2 head unit at the old pen pike location didn't like me and snapped its belt one day.
The one in Conseco fieldhouse worked great but was slow.
I've changed out hvac systems taken out by raw sewage caused by a backup. Sewage still in equipment...
Homes where what appears to be 1,000's of roaches scatter. (Maybe only hundreds -still to many.)
Only job I have turned down was where the cat urine stopped you about 20 feet from the front...
As someone who worked at a frozen custard joint that was really big in the early 00s and has all but fizzled.
Ewwwww.
I had the pleasure of running the machine. I saw what went in.
And a huge cheesesteak (not philly) sandwich for the win.
Blackstone. 4 bell peppers, 1 onion, 1lb ribeye and I can't count how much cheese.
Pictures show half the original sandwich.
Thats funny
When I had the pleasure of working there 24ish years ago they would bring up what to do or say to anyone trying to get you to help get them unionized.
They wanted no part of it. Kind of funny now
Ramsay burgr was alright.
We ate at a place between Mandalay bay and luxor. Over priced and undercooked. Long line to even get in.
There is/was a gelato place in bellagio. Had a scoop or two a couple times every day.
